Defendant challenges the legality of the investigatory detention and subsequent pat down; he also contends that under the New Mexico Constitution, exigent circumstances were necessary for the legal seizure of the crack cocaine without a warrant. We conclude that Defendants arguments are without merit, and we affirm.
